What is the best debt consolidation/counseling service, or best rated one, that doesn't hurt your credit?
I have severe credit card debt, and would like to either consolidate or use a service to help me free up some money in the monthly budget. I am doing very well with paying them, never been late, always pay more than minimum, but I can not get a debt consolidation loan because my debt to income ratio is too high (even though I’m trying to consolidate that debt). Anyone ever used any service that truly helped them, or know a highly rated one? Also, I’m trying to avoid anything that will hurt my credit report, like bankruptcy… also, if you know of any lenders that would be willing to help someone in my situation, please let me know! Thank you!
debt consolidation loans- what can I do about all my debt?
I have maxed out credit cards and they raised my apr due to a mistake in my payment and it was late, usually i’m on time or early with my payments and always pay the minimal. I’m trying so hard to get out of debt but with my apr raised, i feel like i’m drowning in debt. I have read some info on debt consolidation loans vs. other methods, which is best and what can i do? i probably have really bad credit right now due to the max’d out limits and the "penalty pricing" increase in my apr. I would like to find a way to consolidate debt to lower the rate and possibly lower the payments but i don’t want to get into a situation that will end up leaving more of a scar on my credit report. Can anyone help me out? where do i go from here?
What is the best debt consolidation organization to go with?
I’m looking into these organizations. I want one that is non-profit and is really going to work for me. Has anyone tried one that they are happy with and how will using one reflect on my credit report?
debt consolidation?
What is the best company to go through for debt reduction/consolidation? I have about 6 credit cards and they are all at their max, and I am only 21!
Now before you go judging me and telling me not to spend my money on shoes, this was all for school, basic living expenses, and to help my family. Student loan companies wont loan to me because my credit score wasnt high enough and I didnt have a co-signer, and I couldnt get federal aid because the *said* my mom made too much (39k a year as a single parent of 3 kids, 2 of which are dependant, a mortgage and 2 car payments? dont think so!)
So… Who are the best non-profit debt relief groups to work with, coming from experience please?
also– does debt reduction show up negatively on your credit report, or does it just show up as a loan?
Anyone know of a reputable BK Attorney and Debt Consolidation Specialist?
Sometimes the only option for my prospects is Bankruptcy or Debt Consolidation. Now as a Credit Consultant my job is to restore and maintain a squeaky clean credit report so it kills me to send them off to file BK or consolidate their debt however it’s their only option. I prefer a non-profit in the Central Valley, CA (because that’s where my office is located) who can offer these services and become part of my referral directory. If anyone out there can steer me in the right direction I’d really appreciate it. Thank you
